Vapor Pressures of cis-and trans-Decalins

Abstract

The vapor pressures of cis-and trans-decalins were measured in the temperature range from 288 to 400K using a flow-type apparatus. The data obtained are believed to be correct within 0.5% margin of error from error analysis. The present results are in good agreement with those reported in the literature in the high temperature region, though significant discrepancies are found in the low temperature region.
