Abstract
A certain amount of water is necessary for the environmental preservation even dividing works have made. In this case, the down stream river maintenance flow is expected to be large when the main stream becomes smaller. It is also expected to be small when the stream become larger. In this paper, a planning procedure and a report of hydraulic model test of a new system of division works are presented, which is able to control a quantity of divided water flow.
