Abstract
We have developed two kinds of green cut machines which apply highly pressurized water cutting and wire brush cutting to remove laitance on the surface of the concrete joint in the dam construction. This paper introduces those machines and describes consideration about application of high pressure water green cut machine.
We have experimented with the green cut machine on the cutting conditions such as the water pressure, the height of the nozzle and the speed of the machine, at several ages of the concrete.
As a result, we have evaluated the applicable range of high pressure water green cut machine and experimentally obtained the executing criteria.
