Abstract
In this study, we focused on the customer behavior on blog services, especially how newly registered customers use blogs afterwards. Therefore, we showed an analytical model for evaluating the retention of new customers and evaluated it using an actual data. Especially, in this paper, we classified some classes that triggered the use of the blog service and the initial browsing behavior, and further performed logistic regressions analyses to discriminate whether customer continue to use or not using behavior variables such as registered genre and 'like'. Then, we also recommended new blogs based on the results of the analysis and evaluated them.
