Abstract
A 61-year-old man was diagnosed with annuloaortic ectasia a few years ago. Since a diameter of his Valsalva sinus had enlarged up to 60mm, he was judged for surgical indication in March 2010. For several years, the patient had suffered from ventricular tachyarrhythmia which could not be controlled by medications. Preoperative electro-physiological study and standard 12-lead electrocardiogram revealed that the ventricular tachyarrhythmia originated from myocardium under the left coronary cuspid. Bentall procedure and radiofrequency ablation for LSV were performed in October 2010, and the ventricular tachyarrhythmia disappeared.
