We retrospectively evaluated 3 patients who were diagnosed with unilateral adrenal tumor and underwent robot-assisted adrenalectomy (RA) at Tottori University between June and August 2020. The da Vinci Xi was used for RA, and the transabdominal approach was chosen in all cases. The mean age of the patients was 51 years, all were male, the primary diseases were Cushing’s syndrome, pheochromocytoma and primary aldosteronism in one case each, the affected sides were the right in two cases and left in one case, and the mean tumor diameter was 20.7 mm. The mean operative time was 110 minutes, mean console time was 51 minutes, and mean estimated blood loss was 20 mL. No complications of grade 2 or higher in the Clavien-Dindo classification were observed in any of patients. The perioperative outcomes of initial cases of RA at our institution were comparable to those reported by other studies.
