Abstract

In recent years, the electric energy sector has been required to improve energy efficiency in order to achieve carbon neutrality. Therefore, energy management systems (EMS) have been attracting attention as one of the energy conservation technologies. The authors have focused their research on air-conditioning equipment, which is expected to have large energy consumption in homes and offices.

In this paper, we examine the power consumption behavior of air-conditioning equipment using behavioral economic methods.
