Abstract

A traditional timber house in a satoyama environment (Machida City, Tokyo) was renovated and a ventilation units utilizing solar heat, nocturnal radiation and geothermal heat was applied. Also, we focused hiroen as a thermal buffer space. In this reports, we confirmed from an overview of actual measurement date that the indoor thermal environment is generally as planned, and that the heating, cooling, and ventilation units are operating as planned.
