P4　Performance of Accommodation using Local energy at Kawasaki in Miyagi

Abstract

An accommodation was built in Kawasaki, Miyagi Prefecture, that aims to be self-sufficient in energy using renewable energy. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the housing of that accommodation and to simulate its energy generation and energy consumption. Past weather data such as solar radiation was used to determine the energy that could be produced annually by solar panels and solar water heaters. For power consumption, we used average values for Japan. From these data, we will evaluate the self-sufficiency ratio in terms of the relationship between power consumption and power generation, as well as the performance toward ZEH, and consider how to improve system to the ZEH.
