Abstract

Proper assumption of severe load conditions is necessary in transmission line outage work planning. In recent years, renewable energy sources such as PV have been introduced into the grid in large quantities, and grid congestion caused by the large introduction of the power sources and uncertainty has become an issue, making it difficult to assume loads that satisfy the severe conditions. In this paper, a power system model with a large amount of PV is created, and optimal tidal flow calculations are performed using the severe condition as the objective function to analyze the adequate severe condition, which will contribute to future outage work planning.
