Abstract

This study examines multi-objective operational optimization using tidal flow optimal calculation and the epsilon constraint method for a power system that assumes the mass introduction of PV. Specifically, Pareto solutions are calculated for fuel costs, CO2 emissions, and transmission losses, and correlations among several objective functions are design variables analyzed to reveal the characteristics of the target optimization problem. Based on the analysis results, we will also examine the extraction of information that will contribute to the optimization of grid operations, where further PV installation is expected by self-organizing maps.
