Abstract

This study aims to develop an off-grid facility in Kuroshio-cho, Kochi Prefecture, which will function as a clinic and health center during normal situations and as a medical aid station and disaster countermeasure branch office during emergencies. As a result, it was found that the indoor air temperature and relative humidity during examination hours would be approximately 23 - 25°C and 20 - 40%, respectively. In particular, the relativehumidity tends to be lower than that of a typical living room and needs to be improved, especially in the context of off-grid conversion.
