16　Study on Energy Consumption and PV System in ZEB Certified Urban Building

Abstract

The current status of energy conservation and energy generation of a ZEB certified building and the amount of electricity generated by photovoltaic systems due to the influence of surrounding buildings in urban areas were studied. The subject building was 108% ZEB in total for energy conservation and energy generation at the design stage, but was nearly ZEB at 86.1% to 95.7% for the three years after construction was completed.
