The effects of dichlobenil on the pigmentation in Sigara maikoensis were investigated in the laboratory condition. Median effective concentration for unpigmentation and intermediate pigmentation were 13.4μg/L, and 0.75μg/L, respectively. Unpigmentation of S. maikoensis by dichiobenil was formed in the far lower concentration than the acute toxic level.
