Abstract
Using driving wheel, the author tested the effect of olfactory stimulation of several fatty acids on the general activity of inbred strain of Swiss albino mice, DDd, SM, NAII, CFW, and the mice of mixed bred.
The odor of the several fatty acids have influence upon the activity of the each strains of mice.
The effects of these fatty acids on the activity to driving were different in accordance with each strains of mice and with kind of fatty acids and its concentrations.
Some fatty acids influence on the activity to driving in conformity with the carbon number of the fatty acids.
These findings are of interest from the view point of odor conditioning
