Abstract
The Wadi system have many crucial problems. The discontinuity of the surface flow is characterized for Wadi phenomena. Our purposes are flood control and the water resources management in the wadi system. we developed the distributed hydrological model in the wadi system. This model consists mainly of watershed modeling , surface runoff and stream routing modeling based on using the Kinematic wave approximation, the initial losses modeling, and the linear storage model for subsurface evaluation. The novelty of this research is that our model can show the discontinuously surface flow of the Wadi system ,in addition to the distribution of the equivalent subsurface water storage. It is concluded that this model is considered an applicable methodology for the regional application.
