Abstract
As some researchers have reported, cindution of high temperature and humidity caused the reduction by anaerobic bacteria, and concentration of nitorous acid dramatically increased under the condition. This suggest that the produstion of nitrous acid occurs outside human body. However, concentration of nitrous acid in refrigerated samples which were produced by using deionized water often increase. On the other hand, that of refrigerated samples with chloraine did not increase. This suggests thst combined effect of chlorine and refrigeration is effective in terms of prevention of the reduction, that is prevention of methemoglobin.
