There are about 200,000 reservoirs in Japan, and in recent years the number of farmers has decreased and the change in the beneficiary area has caused problems in weakening the management and monitoring system. In addition, damage to the reservoir has also occurred in the event of disasters such as the Great East Japan Earthquake and the heavy rainfall disaster such as the July 2018 heavy rainfall disaster. From this, it is extremely important to evaluate the reservoir appropriately and to consider the method of sustainable maintenance and management. We think that it is necessary to construct an evaluation index from multiple viewpoints such as disaster related to reservoir and sustainable maintenance and management. Therefore, in this research, the objective is to create a quantitative and integrated evaluation index from three viewpoints of exposure, maintenance and management risk.
