Abstract
In this paper, the authors studied about the actual condition of the exchange with the city and rural district in stay type allotment gardens. 1) It investigated about the equipment and utilizing conditions of stay facilities and the measure for the exchange with city and rural area in the stay type allotment gardens. Consequently, it is grasped that the user visits the allotment garden by which accommodations are prepared for each plot from a distance, and the system for the exchange with the city and rural area is prepared for such an allotment garden in many cases. 2) In case of Kasama Kleingarten, the local inhabitant's behavior to the user of the stay type allotment garden has considered. As a result, it indicated that the process of the exchange with the city and rural area has been inadequate, and it mentioned for reasons of the closing nature of an exchange event, the difficulty of carrying out of participation of the local inhabitant who wishes to exchange, etc.
