Estimate of the penetration process of the administrative application based on registrant information made open data of "Chiba-repo"

Abstract

　"Chiba-repo" managed in Chiba city as a solution to local problem platform from 2014 gets the registrant more than 5，000 in the end of February， 2016 and comes to be known as a masterpiece of the open government measure in the Japanese local government． In this "Chiba-repo"， the data of the registration date and time of the registrant are shown as open data． In this study， using the data about the registrant， it analyzes a penetration process of the application that public administration provides．
