Expansion of open data efforts as seen in the penetration of "My City Bulletin"

Abstract

　Open data efforts are expanding, which mainly freely publish data possessed by public institutions in a form that can be used in a secondary way. "My City Bulletin" is a service using the open data. "My City Bulletin" is a service that uses what was made into open data for an article of public information paper of municipalities, and has steadily increased the number of registered municipalities. In this research, we analyze the case of "My City Bulletin" and consider how the new approach like open data spreads.
