Formulation of web accessibility policy in local government and disclosure of annual test results

Abstract

　Public administration is in the process of formulating web accessibility policies and disclosing test results. According to a survey by the Web Accessibility Infrastructure Committee, as of 2019, 46 organizations had already formulated policies in 47 prefectures, and 40 organizations had published test results. In 20 ordinance-designated cities, 20 organizations have already formulated policies, and 19 organizations have disclosed the test results. Since the survey is up to date in 2019, this study will investigate the situation in 2022.
