Abstract
In this paper I described the Problems of the Contents Distribution System in the Commercial Publishing Business in Japan. Last Time I reported the Influence of the Internet on the Commercial Publishing Business. This time I discussed the changes of the environment of the contents distribution system in the commercial publishing. What was changed in the viewing or browsing software and in the charging mechanism of Internet contents? And also I described some new trials in the world.
