The subject of this paper is to discuss the meaning and range in the interpretive approach in "Information and Management" research. First, the background that interpretive approach has been paid to attention is clarified. Next, it is pointed out that the research topic of interpreted approach is an interaction. Finally, the reference frame to examine the interaction is advocated.
