In order to achieve it, Toyota focuses on three key themes; "Establishing a low-carbon society", "Establishing a recycling-based society" and "Environmental protection and establishing a society in harmony with nature" and goes ahead with everyday activities developing action plans and goals in the Toyota's corporate activity fields of development and design, procurement, production, logistics, sales and recycling. Toyota is globally implementing these activities with more than 500 affiliates worldwide. As a way of it, Toyota established activities of regional environment committee structures and further activities are being made locally.
