Settlement of Local Problems by the Use of ICT : A Case of Practical Use of Snow-Removal Countermeasures(<Special Issue>Platforms to Solve the Regional Problem)

Abstract

In local areas, the birthrate declines and the population ages are admitted as more serious problems than urban areas. Because of many geographical disadvantageous conditions, local areas have unexpected problems for urban residents, such as medical insufficiency and inconveniency of living environment. This article introduces a practical, specific model to show the validity of an ICT which was effective for actual regional innovation.
