A Study about Top Management's Commitment and Management Strategy on Development Phase of Information Systems in Financial Business(General Contribution Article)

Abstract

In development phase of information systems in financial business, risk management is crucial to be implemented by the appropriate commitment of the top management (CEO) and the information system chief executive (CIO). An intensive questionnaire survey was carried out in the respects of their commitment for internal risk management systems to employee in financial business division based on proposed risk management strategy. Consequently, collected answers involved meaningful suggestions envisaged in their daily activities.
