Abstract
In this paper, I discussed the relationship between information systems and humans through describing the process of introducing telework in small and medium enterprises. Telework is an indispensable way of working in modern society in which mobile work using the cloud computing environment is getting popular. I studied a case of using mobile devices in small and medium enterprises and examined the possibility of transition to BYOD from there. In the process, I found that using mobile device have caused an effect I cannot expect in advance. Moreover, I discussed the effect was caused the relationship between information systems and human beings for telework.
