In laboratory classes, students repeatedly modify and submit their report until its contents satisfy a teacher. When the teacher isn’t satisfied with its contents, he/she corrects and returns it to the student. In such activity, there are quite a lot of reports that the teacher should correct. For that case, understanding and managing each state of student's report become the teacher's loads. It is difficult to manage many reports accurately, manually, and simultaneously by some teachers to process them. This paper describes to be able to do the time to wait for correction appropriately as a result of analyzing the management of the report of the reality, to promote the report management mechanism based on it.
