Lactobacillus rhamnosus is a probiotic lactic acid bacterium frequently isolated from human gastrointestinal mucosa of healthy individuals. We first introduce two reports regarding the complete genome sequence of L. rhamnosus GG. We next compare the two genome sequences by using dotplot with Gepard and confirm an inverted region. We obtain an RNA-seq dataset (SRP125628 or GSE107337) which examined the acid stress response of this strain and explain the experimental design. The content of this manuscript is necessary to perform the data analysis which will be explained next time onwards.
