Abstract
Fertilized hen's eggs which were administered glutamylcholine were incubated.
Findings on 9th and 12th day of the incubation are as follows : Slight hyperplasia of Kupffer's cells was observed, and in a few cases which were administered high concentration of glutamylcholine, granular degeneration and necrobiosis were seen. The shape of Mitochondria were various, but generally fine and changed to bacilliform and number of them increased with the lapse of incubation period.
Findings on 15th and 18th day of the incubation are as follows : Disarrangement and regressive changes of hepatic cells such as necrosis and necrobiosis were observed. Findings on 18th day were more remarkable than the others. Mitochondria were decreased in number, being the shape varied, and a part of them were disappeared.
