Abstract
Mice fed a low protein diet or a low sulfur compound diet showed a marked decrease inn redioresistance.
Survivors reduced 50% compared to the control animals 30 days after irradiation in both malnutriated animals.
500r whole-body irradiation made in the liver of mal-nutriated animals the severe lesion off necrosis, which otherwise was never the case.
The time of death was different in mal-nutriated from those assumed to be bone marrow death. And this offers very interesting fact in relation to the liver necrosis.
