Abstract
Pharmacological action of BTDS was almost similar to that of B1, but the following points, were in different. When injected into the abdominal cavity of the mouse. LD50 of BIDS was 746.7 mg/kg and less toxic than B1. Also spasmodic phenomena such as in B1 were not observed. Isolated rabbit uterus showed an increase in contraction in low concentration of 1.14×10-7, but it was in same degree as B1 in uterus in situ. Compared with B1, the pharmacological action of. BTDS was generally stronger.
