Abstract
1) For the purpose of produicing of the experimental myocardial infarctions, Coronary artery was ligated, then the studies were performed on the mortality, electrocardiogram and histological changes of the myocard.
2) Some types surgical procedures were attempted to make increase blood supply to the myocardium. The aim of these procedures is to increase the blood flow through existing coronary channels or to increase the anastomotic circulation from extracardiac sources.
Results
1) When the auterior descending branch was ligated, the mortality rate was 86.7 %, and after ligation of the left circumflex, all dogs died within 24 horus. Remarkable changes on the E C G pattern were seen in the almost all dogs. Immediately after the ligation, depression or elevation of ST, T segment, also some dogs present the coronal T. Histological findings ; degeneration of myocardium was founds in some dogs only 6 hours after ligation.
2) Cardio-pericardiopexy was produced in 65 mongrel dogs, macroscopic adhesions were found in 60 dogs. Exist of coronary channels between pen-and epicardium was demonstrated by the india ink injection into the coronary artery or a thoracica interna. Coronary back flow was increased about two times as much as control group.
3) A technique of temporary splinting of small tef lon tube during anastomosis between A. thoracica interna and coronary vesel was studied. It suggested to prevent the stricture of the vessel and to make anastomosis of vessels with the interruption of blood flow within 3 minutes.
