A CASE OF WILMS' TUMOR

Abstract

This is a case report of Wilms' tumor.
A girl aged 2 years and 9 months.
Her mother found a abdominal tumor on her right abdomen.
The tumor showed smooth surface, its consistence was hard, and it had renal ballottement.
An excretory urogram showed no excretion from the right kidney. But the left pyelogram was normal.
It was diagnosed as Wilms' tumor of the right kidney by the above findings and received the Co⁶⁰therapy and right nephrectomy.
Two years after the right nephrectomy, the patient is alive.
