History of solid waste management implementation organization

Abstract

This paper discuss the history of solid waste management organization.Originally the solid waste management implementation organization is very small, but the city becomes bigger, the prganization becomes bigger.And sonn some part of organization does oursousing, such as waste collection and construction and operation of incinerator plant. And municipality tries to use PFI to construct and operte incineration plant.
