In this study, we determine the recycling capability of Tsunami deposit from Great East Japan Earthquake. Specific objectives of this study are follows; 1. To evaluate the recycling capability of Tsunami deposit based on silt contents and other physicochemical characteristics. 2. To determine the origin of Tsunami deposit using composition of metals and silt contents.
Specific conclusion driveled from this study are follows; 1.Some parts of tsunami deposits collected from hinterland of Samenoura Bay originated from sediment of Samenoura Bay and other parts of deposits shows different origin and composition of metals. 2. No significant difference of recycling capability were shown among Tsunami deposits with different origins.
