Abstract
Globally, carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions that are the result of human activities are generally considered to be the causative factor of the greenhouse effect. For this reason, many researchers have been studying methods to reduce CO2 emissions. However, its reduction methods had weak points. First CO2 absorption such as CCS (Carbon capture and storage) is high energy consumption process. Also, separated CO2 needs to enough storage area. In addition, stored CO2 is not stability. For example, CO2 could re-emit into atmosphere by earthquake etc. So we suggested to CO2 fixation methods for reusing or storing a stable. In general, petro ashes are including the Ca2+ ions (5 -15%). We thought that Ca2+ ions could make a calcium carbonate by reacting with ionic CO2. The purpose of this study was to propose a method of reusing CO2 and petro ashes.
