Abstract
It is widely known as empirical knowledge
that homogenization of waste to be thrown to an incinerator is important to
stabilize combustion and generation of electricity at waste plants. Therefore,
in the waste plants, the waste in the waste pit using the waste crane automatic
operation system is being stirred.
In this research, we are improving the waste
crane automatic operation system, developed waste pit three-dimensional map
technology to accumulate and display waste information in the waste pit in three
dimensions, and added new waste crane automatic operation functions using this technology.
We verified efficacy using waste pit three-dimensional
map technology and new waste crane automatic operation functions at the
Fujigatani cleaning center(Rated waste incineration amount 117.5 t / day × 2
furnace, amount of generated steam 12.1 t / h / furnace (standard refuse 7.5 MJ
/ kg)). As a result, the generated steam drop time (the time during which the
generated steam amount PV is 10% or more less than the SV) could be reduced by
44% compared to before operation using their. So we have demonstrated that
agitation of sufficient waste leads to stable combustion.
