With the rapid development of the world economy, cars are rapidly spreading. On the other hand, processing of used cars has become a global issue. In Japan, 14 years have passed since the “Law for Recycling End-of-Life Vehicles” has been fully implemented, and the ELV recycling rate has reached 99%. Currently, in order to accelerate the advancement of automobile recycling systems, we are seeking reductions in recycling costs and high efficiency. In this report, we will evaluate the performance of Japan's automobile recycling law and analyze trends in the market of used cars and recycled parts in Asia and trends in the used car transport market in each country. In addition, investigate the export situation of popular second-hand hybrid vehicles. in order to deepen this research, we will consider measures to sell recycled parts to the country where used cars are leaking, from the situation of used cars overseas.
