Abstract
We numerically analyze slip deformation in a model of dual phase materials that contains a spherical inclusion. The result show that four kinds of dislocation structure are formed in the vicinity of the inclusion ; the first correspond to the Orowan loops, the second should be related to the kink wall, and the remaining two are additional structure. These additional structures are formed only in the vicinity of the spherical inclusion. Then, we compare distribution of shear strain and normal stress at the cuboidal and spherical inclusion and discuss mechanism for the formation of the additional structure for dislocation.
