Abstract
The cooling technique for electric devices is very important to keep the reliability of them. Since the micro-channel cooling technique has been proposed by Tuckerman, many studies for micro-channel cooling have been done. The micro-channel is narrow, so that the pressure varies and the effect of the compressibility will appear on the friction factor. The paper presents numerically obtained the friction factor of compressible fluid flow in a parallel plates duct.
