Abstract
This paper deals with the stress concentration problems of an infinite elastic plate with a rigid circular inclusion under in-plane pure shear loadings. It is assumed that there are partially debonded boundaries at the interface between the inclusion and the matrix. A method of solution is presented for the problem by using the Kelvin's solution. Stress distributions at the interface are shown and compared with exact solutions for the problem of perfect bonding.
