Abstract
In this paper, the crash characteristics about truss core panel which used as car floor is discussed. Three different truss core panels is modeled and done dynamic FEM simulation by LS-DYNA software. As the result, we knew that the direction of core arrangement influents energy absorption greatly. The middle member also plays an important role in absorbing energy. However, the react force is almost the same in different cases.
