Investigation of MPF Topology Optimization Model for Multimaterials Structure

Abstract

Due to development of additive manufacturing technology, high accurate production of structures with multimaterials is becoming possible. Then, we need a design method which can optimize both topology and material layout. Multi-phase-field (MPF) method is one possible method for the multimaterials topology optimization problem. In this study, we estimate the MPF topology optimization model for multimaterials structure, which we developed previously.
