Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine Kansei words to evaluate the impression rated by music. Kansei words may be influenced by gender, age, culture, period, etc. We carried out a questionnaire survey to find new Kansei words for rating music. 530 adjectives were compared with Kansei words that were used in previous studies. The result showed that it was important to use some Kansei words which were not appeared in previous papers.
