Abstract
This report describes numerical analysis of vibration transmission properties for mixed structures including elastic material and viscoelastic material, porous material using FEM proposed by the authors. Couplings of damping between different materials can be taken into consideration using the proposed FEM. Vibration transmission properties are analyzed for porous material sandwiched between double walls (steel beam and plastic sheet). Especially, dissipated energy between the double walls are evaluated by varying thickness and length of the porous materials.
