Abstract
The Drag Coefficient of a rotating article in the fluid is reduced drastically by effect of the newly developed an aerodynamic system that has Floating Shrouds, up to Supersonic Velocity. Details of the system are disclosed as a theoretical study on the fluid dynamics and experimental observations are described in this paper. We produced some rotors for experiment as flywheels they rotate extremely great angular velocity and high tangential velocity under the atmospheric pressure, and vacuum containers to reduce the friction loss of rotors rotating on high speed are in no use. And we make analogical reasoning on electric circuits.
