Abstract
The method of processing the pulse signal of an encoder is widely used for acquiring the angle information on a solid of revolution. Since the pulse signal of an encoder is processed taking a clock and a synchronization, the unstable phenomenon (JITTA) in which the time width of a pulse signal is confused does not occur fundamentally. However, Actually, such JITTA may occur. For example, In an electric system, by the noise ingredient, a gap arises to the tuning of a clock and the signal in a circuit, and JITTA occurs. But under conditions which originate in vibration of a structure system, if it removes a noise ingredient, generating of JITTA may be unable to be controlled. Such the research on JITTA from vibration of a structure system is not seen. There in this paper, in that vibration of a structure system explicate the jitter mechanism of the rotation machine angle detection.
