Abstract
A lot of damages have been reported due to fatigue of machine vibration during plant operation in nuclear power plant. The development of vibration measurement and stress evaluation that can operate quickly and easily is on demand. The purpose of this research is to develop technique which measures vibrational stress immediately using a laser displacement sensor. This paper deals with the concept of the vibrational stress measurement technique, the theory of the measuring method, and the procedure using three sets of the laser displacement sensors. The stress of the displacement and the stress of the strain are compared.
